ജൂലൈ മാസം മുതൽ ശമ്പളം തയ്യാറക്കുന്നതിലും വിതരണം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നതിലും ഒക്കെ ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വരികയാണ്,
1)എല്ലാ spark Generated Bill ഉം - E-Submission നടക്കണമെങ്കിൽ DSC നിർബന്ധമാണ്, പക്ഷെ അത് Login Section ൽ നിർബന്ധമല്ല, ആയതിനാൽ ജില്ലാ ട്രഷറി വഴി കെൽട്രോൺ നൽകുന്ന സൗജന്യ DSC എത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന് അപേക്ഷ നൽകി മേടിക്കണം'
2) ഈ മാസം മുതൽ ബില്ല് ബുക്കിൽ ബില്ല് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി നൽകൽ അവസാനിക്കുകയാണ്. Bill e - Submision ആകുന്നതോടെ BIMS ൽ entry എത്തും. Bill rejection ആയാലും Pay ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടാലും spark ൽ പോലെBims വഴിയും അറിയാം,
3) അടുത്ത മാസത്തെ ശമ്പള ബില്ല് പ്രോസസ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുൻമ്പായി ട്രഷറിയിൽ Kyc/standing In stration നൽകണം. ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ Bil process ആകില്ല,എല്ലാവർക്കും etsb account no automatic ആയി Generate ചെയ്യപ്പെടും, അത് Present salary യിൽ update ചെയ്യപ്പെടും
4) അടുത്ത ശമ്പള ബില്ല് process ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുൻമ്പായിBIMSൽDDoമാർ ഓരോ ജീവനക്കാരുടെയും താല്പര്യപ്രകാരം Salary ശതമാനം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയാൽ മാത്രം TSB യിൽ എത്തുന്ന തുക Bank ലേക്ക് പോകുകയു ഉളളൂ, Standing Instruction or KYCയോ നൽകാത്തവരുടെ് Salary TS B account ൽ തന്നെ നിക്ഷേപിക്കപ്പെടും, പിന്നീട് അത് KYC നൽകി validate ചെയ്ത് പിൻവലിക്കേണ്ടി വരും.(തുക ETSB Account ൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്നവർ മാത്രം KYC Treasury യിൽ നൽകുക.)
5) എല്ലാ ബില്ലുകളും 2 മാസത്തിനകം paper LEടട ആകും. ട്രഷറിയിൽ ഹാർഡ് copy നൽകേണ്ടതില്ല, ആയതിന്റെ Testing processing ആരംഭിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു.
6) spark ജനറേറ്റ് ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്ന എല്ലാ ബില്ലും വരും മാസങ്ങളിൽ Counter sign ഇല്ലാതെ നേരിട്ട് ട്രഷറിയിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കാം
Step 2 തുടര്‍ന്ന് വന്ന പേജില്‍ മൊബൈലില്‍ ലഭിച്ച OTP Number നല്‍കി Verify എന്ന ബട്ടണില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക .
Step 3 തുടര്‍ന്ന് വീണ്ടും ETSB Online Portal സന്ദര്‍ശിച്ച് Login എന്ന ബട്ടണില്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് User Name & Password എന്നിവ നല്‍കി ജോയിന്‍ ചെയ്യാം .
